Richard Penning began his career in the insurance industry in 1978 and has been with Warner and Company since 1986. He has held positions in commercial insurance underwriting and marketing. Richard is a commercial lines specialist and a member of the board of directors at Warner and Company. He has been active in leadership roles with Moorhead Lions, his church, and youth sporting activities.
Richard is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a graduate of Moorhead State University.
