Brian Hayer grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and graduated from Fargo South High School and Arizona State University. He began his career with Warner and Company in 1986. His expertise lies in business insurance and professional liability. He holds the professional designations of CPCU, ARM, AIM and RPLU. Brian handles key commercial accounts and currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Warner and Company.

Brian has held leadership positions with the MeritCare Foundation, Fargo Kiwanis, FM Family YMCA, United Way of Cass-Clay, Fargo Area Dollars for Scholars, Trollwood Performing Arts School Future Builders, the North Dakota Independent Insurance Agents, the Downtown (Fargo) Community Partnership, the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition and the Fargo South Parent Teacher Student Association.

He has received numerous honors and accolades, including: Outstanding Young Man of America, Fargo-Moorhead’s Outstanding Citizen, Fargo South Hall of Fame, Fargo-Moorhead Community Volunteer Excellence Award, Distinguished Kiwanis President for MN-Dakotas and the YMCA Charles Bailly Award.

Brian lives in south Fargo and has two children. He enjoys traveling, working out at the YMCA and being part of Hope South’s worship team.
